About the event

Student engagement is the foundation of effective teaching. When students are truly involved in their learning, they're more motivated, they remember more, and they develop essential skills like teamwork and critical thinking. This 10-hour course is designed for K1/412 educators who want to delve deeper into what engagement looks like, learn practical strategies to spark it, and walk away with tools they can apply immediately in their classrooms. Across five modules, teachers will create resources, try out questioning techniques, and practice ways to get students working together so that classrooms become places where learners take real ownership of their growth.

Please note: Asynchronous work dates listed below are simply placeholders for the work of the course. You may complete asynchronous work during hours that work best for you. District approval is needed for in-service credit. (10 CTLE hours)
